To mark the beginning of the season of advent in the Christian religious calendar, CSI Church of the Good Shepherd, Mylapore, hosted a Kids Carols Service on December 1 evening.
Some 50 children from the Sunday School of the parish, sang carols which were interspersed with Bible readings. The children were trained by the church pastor Rev Enose Magimaidoss and by Jachin Jacinth and Gifta Clifford.
The congregation too joined in the singing.
The programme was organized by the church secretary K Immanuel Sudhakar and E Sugirson along with the Sunday School teachers.
