Two cookery contests have been planned for the Sundaram Finance MYLAPORE FESTIVAL in January 2025.
They will be held at Nithya Amirtham restaurant on N. Mada Street which has been a gracious partner to provide their first floor space for the event.
The 2024 event, curated by Sridhar Venkataraman was a big hit, with people being told to restrain their enthusiasm as they checked out all the dishes on the table. Sridhar is back this year with two cool themes.
The contests are on Jan 11 and 12. 3.30 pm. onwards.
Theme for Jan.11: Millet Tiffin Item (சிறு தானிய சிற்றுண்டி). Only vegetarian – can be traditional or innovative with any ingredients
Theme for Jan.12: Sweet Boli
Registration for this contest opens only from Jan.4, 2025 and is on a first come first serve basis.. Open to only 25 for each theme.
