The 97th birth anniversary of actor Sivaji Ganesan was marked with a photo exhibition at the Sivaji Ganesan Manimantapam in R A Puram this Tuesday, Oct.1 morning.
Chief minister M K Stalin visited the venue and paid his respects. Alongside were some ministers and the city mayor besides the Mylapore MLA.
Sivaji’s sons, Prabhu and Ramkumar were present.
The exhibition is of photos that hold up events in Siivaji’s film, social and political life.
The mantapam is located diagonally opposite MGRJanaki College for Women and is open to the public daily.
