Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chennai kendra is organising its annual tribute to music composer – saint Thyagaraja on Tuesday, January 30 ( Bahula Panchami & 177th aradhana day ) at its main auditorium in Mylapore.
At 10.30 am: group singing of Thyagaraja’s pancharatna kritis by faculty and students of the Department of Indian Music, University of Madras.
At 6.30 pm: United Visuals presents ‘TV’ Varadharajen & team in its Tamil musical play – Sri Thyagarajar.
