The Children’s Club, Mylapore, has announced the annual Inter-School & Open Competitions for
school children, to be held in January 2024.
Open Art competition will be held on 21st January 2024 and will be followed by Inter-School and Open competitions in Carnatic vocal and in Instrumental,
Bhajans, Story-telling and Recitation contests are on Jan. 27 and Jan. 28, 2024.
The Inter-school competition is held across multiple categories and all schools in Chennai can participate. Every year, these competitions attract around 350 children from 35 to 40 schools in Chennai. The competitions are held in the sylvan surroundings of the Club with a lovely play area for the children.
