The regulars were at Sri Kapali Temple on Friday evening for pradosham even as the Mada Streets were filling with shoppers on the eve of Deepavali.
Since there were no signs of monsoon rain, the community of people at the temple was large.
And later, at about 6.30 p.m., at the Navaratri mantapam, a dance production unfolded.
Sishyas of Bharatanatyam teacher Divya Sena were on stage this evening.
For some time now, the temple administration. has been hosting music / dance concerts on pradosham evenings.
