Postal staff at Mylapore Post office will take out a procession holding up the Indian tricolour on August 12, 7 am onwards. The rally will start from the Kutchery Road campus, go down the four mada streets, touch Luz Circle and get back to the post office.
Divya Chandran, SSPOs, Chennai City Central Division and V. Anuja, Postmaster, Mylapore HO will flag off the rally, says V. Maharajan , marketing executive, Mylapore HO.
People can join the group of some 20 people to celebrate the tricolour, an event promoted this year by the Modi government.
