Economically weak junior students at St Lazarus Middle School in R. A. Puram have received two sets of school uniforms, from a donation of Rs.81,500 made by the Mylapore Times Charitable Trust ( MTCT).
About 50 plus students received the uniforms now, delayed due to post-pandemic delays in tailoring work.
This is an annual commitment that the Trust makes and has done so for over 20 years.
The donation was made possible with donations from Mylaporeans and Mylapore Times.
