Thaligai restaurant on Luz Church Road has recently introduced a new line of podis under it’s label called ‘Thaligai Traditions’
Kuzhambu podi, Karuvepilai podi, Idli milagai podi and more are now available for sale at this restaurant.
‘Our spice mixes (podis) are made from heirloom recipes passed on to us by our great grandfathers. They contain no onion or garlic and are free from preservatives and added colours, ‘ reads a note from Thaligai.
200 grams of Idli milagai podi is priced at Rs 180. The podis can also be bought online at Thaligai’s website www.thaligai.com
