From July 9 to 13, the HandsOfIndia exhibition will feature nine forms of hand embroidery – phulkari from Punjab, chikan, pattiwork and aari from UP, kantha work from West Bengal, sujani from Bihar, sozni and kashida from Kashmir and convent embroidery from Tamilnadu. An artisans collective, they produce handwoven and hand-embroidered apparels and furnishings and work with 1200 artisans from across the country.
