The Chennai kendra of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is hosting its December Season Fest from Nov. 21 to December 12 at its auditorium in East Mada Street, Mylapore.

Two awards of Rs.1 lakh each instituted by late P. Obul Reddy and late P. Gnanambal Memorial trust will be presented to Padmashri awardee Aruna Sairam and violin duo Ganesh and Kumaresh.
Bhavan’s Chennai Kendra Cultural Awards will be given to Seshampatti Sivalingam, K. Sethumadhavan, R. Lakshminarayanan and Sruthi Sagar.
Literary and musical discourses will be held for 14 days in the morning.
