The weekly, on Saturday morning meet for seniors of the R. K. Nagar zone in R A Puram had a special guest.
It was script-writer actor Madhu Balaji of the Crazy Mohan drama troupe.
He entertained the goodly crowd of about 30 people in the local park with anecdotes on the Crazy troupe’s life and times, rolled out some popular dialogues and cracked some jokes that kept the audience amused.
This weekly meet is held at the GCC park in R K Nagar on 2nd Main Road.
The meet, a recent development, is hosted to encourage seniors to step out of their houses to get some fresh air and socialise.
