The community at CSI St. Thomas Tamil Church in San Thome organized a free medicare and blood donation camp in the church premises on Sunday, April 6.
The camp was inaugurated by Mylapore MLA, Dha Velu.
30 people donated blood at the camp which was held in association with VHS Hospital.

Some130 people got free consultation at the camp.
All the doctors who consulted at this camp are the members of this parish.
Dr. Balasingh Hillary a general surgeon belonging to this parish was the key person behind the camp that was organised by the church pastor Rev B. Devaprasad and the pastorate committee led by the secretary Esther Jebaraj and treasurer Samuel Swamikkan.
