For the auspicious occasion of Ugadi (Telugu New year ) which falls on March 30, Savera Hotel in Mylapore is offering a curated classic vegetarian meal only for lunch at its Malgudi restaurant.
The hotel says all the items will be traditional ones.
Included in the menu are – gongura pachadi/ minna pappu pachadi, punugulu ulavu chaaru to be served as soup, masala garelu and ponganulu as starters and in the main course are Mamidikaya pappu, Mukkala pulusu, Mulagada sambar, Miriyalu rasam and Dondakaya vepudu among a few more.
Pesarattu, jonna roti, dibba roti and upuma dosa will also be on offer besides panasa puttu biryani. The dessert is semiya payasam and putharekalu
