The Grove School, located in Alwarpet had its Sports Day at the RKM ground in T. Nagar on January 31.
The chief guest was M. R. Ravindra, who has execelled in rowing and is presently the captain of the Madras Boat Club.
The meet began with a march past by students of the four Houses—Gulmohar, Neem, Peepal, and Tulsi—followed by drills, a silambam show, and the key track and field events.
The Grove School is an ICSE and ISC school functioning under the aegis of The C .P. Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation. It offers classes from Pre-KG to Class XII and is located at No:1, Eldams Road, Alwarpet.
S. M. Sujatha is the school principal and Nanditha Krishna is the chairperson.
