Senior guitar artiste, popularly known as Guitar Prasanna is in town and will be performing on January 31 at Medai – The stage in Alwarpet, 7 pm onwards. This is a ticketed show.
You can expect Prasanna play his own compositions, slip into some Carnatic songs too ( he is an accomplished Carnatic – jazz – western – Indian film music senior) and take off on some funky and popular music too.
Prasanna is less seen in the city nowadays – he used to feature in a few December Season sabha concerts in Mylapore zone before; he is a resident of the USA.
However, work and personal engagements brings him to Chennai.
