A migrant worker at a GCC-tendered drains project site in Mylapore has died at the work-spot though the news has not spread. This happened on Saturday.
It is said the young West Bengal native was electrocuted when he came in contact with a live power line. He was rushed to a state-run hospital and was declared dead.
A case was registered at E1 Mylapore police station and is under investigation.
