The evening college wing of RKM Vivekananda College, Mylapore, is in the 50th year. And the alumni want to celebrate this milestone in a special manner this December 21.
A call is going out to all those who studied in the evening college stream here to connect with the organisers and attend the meet.
The stream was started with 140 students in the year 1974 and now there are more than 2500 students attending 11 different degree programmes on campus.
The hosts of the golden jubilee event say that this stream has produced several illustrious alumni who have made great contributions in various walks of life and in business.
The jubilee Alumni Meet on the college campus is on December 21 from 3:30pm till 6pm.
