The proprietor of this shop is Suresh and he says he sticks to the quality that he set for his business.
Maavu for idly and dosa is on sale from 7 a.m. onwards, with grinding taking place round the clock. The shop closes at 12noon, re-opens at 4.45 p.m. and shuts for the day at about 10.15 p.m.
The shop also sells vada curry ( ready-to-eat) in small packets – for Rs.25.
