Madras High Court has ordered the interim attachment of properties of the Mylapore Hindu Permanent Benefit Fund and of its MD and others in an order passed on Friday.
This order came in a. case filed by an association that represents depositors.
The association said that the Fund had defaulted payment amounting to Rs.447 crores to some 4500 depositors.
