The kumbhabishekam of Sri Adi Kesava Perumal Temple in Mylapore will be on November 20. Rituals will start on Nov.16 here.

Nov 16 / 7 am -12 pm- Peyazhvar avathara thalathil irunthu theertham kondu varuthal , Yagasalai Nirnayam
Nov 20 / – 5 am – 5.30am – Mahapoornahothi
– 6 am to 7.30 am – Maha samroshanam (Kumbabhishekam)
11 am 12 pm – Theertha prasatha viniyokam, Sarva tharisanam
7pm – Sri Adi Kesava Perumal Sesha vahanathil thiruveethi ula
7pm – Sri Adi Kesava Perumal Sesha vahanathil thiruveethi ula
For the past few months, intensive repairs and conservation work has been going on in the temple. The past week, artists have created lovely paintings themed on the temple and its legends, creating a art gallery effect all around and on the roof.
The mantap in the tank has also been painted well.
