Residents of Justice Sundaram Road in Mylapore staged an informal road roko on the street on October 2 to express their anguish on the delay and shoddy work of storm water drain in the area.
They also said the work has caused slushy roads and of sewage mixing with piped water supply.
A handful of residents from this street and the adjoining street joined the protest.
