Avishya Store, Alwarpet, hosted a Navaratri themed event put together by Aarla, centred around its beautifully crafted book, “Journey with the Devis.”
The event was conducted by the book’s author and founder of Aarla, Vanipriya Jayaraman, over the weekend of September 28 and 29.
Each session featured storytelling by Bhuvana from TinyToddlers Library, who brought the stories of the Navadurgas to life, sparking enthusiasm among the young participants.
There were musical sing-alongs led by Pramath Subramanian, Srimathi Rangarajan, and Surya Sriam, whose melodies created a heartwarming sense of community.
The event concluded with a colouring session, where the children used pages from “Journey with the Devis,” giving each Devi their own creative makeover.
