A all-religious prayer meet is being held at Srinivasa Gandhi Nilayam in Alwarpet today, Oct.2, to mark Gandhi jayanthi.
Bhajans start at 9.30 am.
Then, from 11 am onwards, priests from a temple, a church, a majid, from a Jain temple, and of Buddhist and Sikh religions will say prayers in turns.
This event is hosted by Gandhi Peace Foundation.
Venue: Ambujammal Street, Alwarpet. Open to all.
