Metrowater’s contractor is now replacing the very old sewage pipeline in Mylapore with new one.
Work is seen going on near the Thirumylai MRTS station, says activist C R Balaji.
This line carries the sewage of a major part of Mylapore to local sewage pumping station located on Brodies Road, opposite the rad leading to the TN Music College in R A Puram.
From there is gets pumped to a STP plant in Perungudi.
