The mom-daughter duo of Shanthi and Srividya tasted success in a small food business they thought of an expansion .
This Sunday, the duo launched Sri Lucky Bhojan on Solaiappan Street.
The kitchen opens around 7.30 a.m. and serves hot idlis, pongal, vada and poori.
In the evening the place serves sandwiches, momos and light snacks.
For dinner, the menu includes chapattis and dosa; more will be added if the business buzzes.
Srividya attributes her success to her mother for being the guiding force behind the ventures .
