Piped drinking water supply by Metrowater will be suspended in some Mylapore zone for three days from September 24 to 26 .
This is being done to facilitate some Chennai Metro work that is affecting water pipes on Ramakrishna Mutt Road.
So water supply is to be discontinued for the days mentioned.
Residents of Mandaveli, Mylapore, Abiramapuram will be affected.
Metrowater says it plans to arrange its lorries to supply water to the affected areas free of cost.
