This photo of the man has been shared in a R K Nagar communuty group social network, warning people to keep their eyes open on the movements of this man.
One resident who saw him wandering near houses says the man spoke in broken Tamil and could not explain his presence there.
Then he was seen standing near a car and when questioned, he blabbered and was drunk.
He jumped over a wall when the resident cried for help.
