Airtel subscribers in Justice Sundaram Road zone say company is cold to plaints of ‘disconnections’ due to local civic work

Airtel subscribers in Justice Sundaram Road zone of Mylapore are blowing their tops at the lame response of this service provider at a time when some services are messed up here due to Chennai Corporation’s project to lay a storm water drain.
Resident Parantharami Mani mailed to say that his Airtel broadband connection got disconnected on Sept.2 and till today ( September 11) it has not been restored.
He goes on , “I have made repeated calls to their call centre and even escalated this to their Appellate Authority. I get hollow messages that the problem is resolved and when I revert back to them they file a fresh complaint. No engineer of the company has never bothered to visit our place.”
Similar complaints are coming in from subscribers.
They also say that other Net providers like Jio and ACT rectified the local problems while Airtel is cold to the situation.
