Mylapore Recreation Club is celebrating a great milestone – its 100th year.
Few cricket clubs in the city have had such a colourfulm eventful life as MRC, as it is called and on Sunday, Sept.1 morning, there is a celebration by the ‘old boys’ of the club at the TNCA Club, Chepauk.
A commemorative book is to be launched.
The chief guests are former cricketer and head coach, NCA, TNCA and N. Murali of The Hindu.
