Members of the CPI (M) party’s unit in Mylapore’s Ward 171 have been hitting the streets of this area to gather funds for people affected by the landslides in Wayanad, Kerala.
They moved from street to street to seek donations from the public. They also covered the shops in the area off Luz and Mylapore.
Joining them, was the ward 171 GCC councillor Saraswathi who is from the CPI (M).
