Thejomaya, a after-school centre for children in the age group 5 to 15 years located in R. A. Puram has just celebrated its 15 years. And it says that it has mentored about 4200 children since 2009.
The 15th year anniversary event was an occasion to felicitate the centre’s alumni and the present students.
The event was also a platform for the young ones to showcase their skills in music, dance and acting.
Thejomaya also used this milestone occasion to announce what it calls club activities. These are held under the heads of Little Architect, Happy Hoppers and Theatre and Drama clubs.
Says Uma Yogesh, director, “We have worked out our club activities after consultations with some experts and professionals.”
