Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, which is completing 127 years of service, is producing a Thamizh play based on the life and work of Swami Ramakrishnananda, one of the 16 disciples of bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, who was the founder of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai and pioneer in establishing the Ramakrishna movement in South India
The play is titled ‘Sarvam Gurumayam Swami Ramakrishnananda’ and it will be staged on Sunday, July 28 at 6.30pm in Narada Gana Sabha’s main hall.
Prayatna group director Vivekshankar has written and directed the play. Music is by ‘Sadaga Paravaigal’ Sankar and senior artiste ‘Kathadi’ Ramamurthy plays an important role in this drama.
The play is open to all.
