Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is celebrating late theatreperson and film-maker K.Balachander’s 95th birthday with a Thamizh drama festival. It is from July 4 to 9.
On the opening evening, veteran artiste S. Ve. Shekher will be decorated with the Iyakkunar Sigaram K.Balachander Award.

July 4 – UAA present Sri Y Gee Mahendra’s Ithu Nyayama Sir?
July 5 – Stage Creations present Kathadi Ramamurthy in Pillayar Pidikka
July 6 – Natakhapriya presents S. Ve. Shekher in Alwhaa
July 8 – United Visuals present TV.Varadharajan in LKG Aasai
July 9 – Crazy Creations present Madhu Balaji in Crazy Mohan’s Meesai Aanalum Manaivi.
All the plays will start at 6.30 pm and are open to all.
