The Mylapore unit of Thamizhnadu Brahmin Association recently conducted samashti
upanayanam; it was performed for four ‘vadus’ from Bihar who had joined the Veda
patasala at Tiruvidanthai.
The event was managed by unit office bearers M. S. S Sridhar Meenakshy, Saikumar, Chandrasekar, Lalitha, Padma, Nalini Sriabhirami, Mathangi, VRG Raji and Ramanakumar.
This is the 18th edition of smashti upanayanam that this unit has conducted.
