Sanskrit literature is theme for lectures, workshops at Kuppuswami Sastri Research Institute. June 28 & 29

The Kuppuswami Sastri Research Institute located in the Madras Sanskrit College campus, Mylapore is celebrating its 75th anniversary.

To commemorate this milestone, the institute has planned many activities such as the publication of books, and holding seminars/conferences/workshops throughout 2023-’24.

A two Day national workshop on Sanskrit literature is being held on June 28 and 29.

Senior professors will deliver the lectures. Dr. J. Sreenivasa Murthy (vice-chancellor, Srividya
International University for Vedic Science, Florida, USA) will preside over the valedictory function and deliver the address.

The venue for the seminar is Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Mandapam situated inside the Madras Sanskrit College premises.
