“When I was six my mother, Shirley Rhenius took me to watch a play and I was mesmerised. From then on, I’ve been fascinated by theatre. Thankfully, my school and college gave me opportunities to dabble in script writing, acting and directing,” says Divya.

Divya’s production house – Carpe Diem – has a group of 8 theatre enthusiasts who are keen to present classic and best-loved tales as theatre. “Believing in the transformative power of theatre, we wish to provide an opportunity to young and budding artists to unleash their potential on stage” adds Divya, who has directed and produced the play.
