16-year-old Harita Maneegandan, a resident of Mylapore, had her Bharatanatyam arangetram at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore on June 1.
Harita’s performance included the full margam, which is the traditional sequence of a Bharatanatyam recital.
She is a sishya of Dr. Sasirekha Raammohan, managing director of Kanagasabai School of Bharatanatyam.
Harita is a student of class XI at Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Sr. Sec. School and resides in Sundareswarar Street, Mylapore
