If you love English musicals, you may want to be at this show. Called Wildcats, a stage adaptation of the Disney film, High School Musical, this show is directed by Deandra C. Nicholas.
Deandra says she has used the original song tracks and the artistes who will belt these out have been training for over three months. The show has dancing, singing and entertainment. The show is at The Music Academy, June 8, 7 pm onwards. Tickets – Rs.250 to Rs.1000.

If you are a fan of Carnatic music vidwan Madurai Mani Iyer, you may want to be at the ‘guided listening session’ that a group of his rasikas organise from time to time. This time, it is on June8, 4.30 pm onwards at a hall at P. S. High School campus. Mani Iyer’s songs are played on a audio system and each is discussed. Open to all.
