Teenager Akshara V. Ganesh who resides at Rani Meyyammai Towers in MRC Nagar conducted a week-long summer camp for about 15 girls aged 8 – 12 yrs focused on STEM topics (science, tech., engg., and math).
This camp was held at an apartment on this campus recently.
Akshara is a Grade 11 student at Harishree Vidyalayam school, R A Puram. She has been holding such camps for teens.
Akshara says she focuses on STEM because she wants science to be fun for students to appreciate and develop an interest in STEM-related careers.
