B S Raghavan, retired IAS officer, who passed away recently was a man of many parts, known for intellectual work while in office when he held some prestigious posts, and outside retirement.
His life and work is to be highlighted this evening, (3.30 pm onwards) at a tribute meeting to be held at the mini hall of Narada Gana Sabha, TTK Road, Alwarpet.
Union minister Nirmala Seetharaman is listed to be the chief guest at this meet where a few leading lights will speak on various facets of Raghavan, who resided in Adyar.
Speakers include S Gurumurthy, N Gopalswamy and N L Rajah. Open to all.
