A Sri Ramnavami themed workshop facilitated by the Fabulous Fundigais team of mothers was hosted at Eko-Lyfé Cafe in Alwarpet.
The workshop took place on April 13 and it brought together 16 parent-child pairs who engaged in various activities
The hosts said they attempted ‘an integration of learning with fun, through activities such as storytelling, craft, music, and dance.’
Highlights of the workshop included storytelling by Ambujavalli Nagarajan, invigorating Ramayana-themed yoga and meditation led by Ahila Subramanian, and a session on puppet-making featuring Ramayana characters – guided by Karpagavalli Krishnamurthy.
Each child received a specially crafted Ramayana-themed activity booklet to take home along with their puppets.
Snacks and beverages were provided by Eko-Lyfe cafe.
