For this Lenten season, Christ Focus, a laity group, is hosting what it calls ‘Communion, Conversation and Breakfast’ meeting on Saturday, March 16, 6am onwards at the San Thome Cathedral.
Fr. Rajirudhya, a Jesuit and rector at Arul Kadal in R A Puram is the guest celebrant.
The group says that ‘such a meet is an old Catholic tradition conceived to engage the laity sacramentally, socially and intellectually. The idea is to go for Mass, receive holy communion, and then gather for a conversation and have breakfast together.’
