Based on the request to GM of CMRL, the office visited Canal Bank Road off Thirumylai MRT^S station last week; with him were the AE of GCC and Metro project officer.
Some activists had queried if this road could be used as a ‘diversion route’ for traffic since Luz Circle is out of bounds.
It seems the road cannot be used as an alternate.
CMRL has plans to have its site work exit gate over here and the building housing the liquor shop now may soon be in the hands of CMRL and be demolished too.
