CMRL has kept its word here – the old MTC bus shelter that stood outside the Co-optex store on Luz Church Road and was removed ten days ago had been fixed at a new place – near the gate of Srinivasa Sastri Hall ( Ranade Library ).
Its now fully fixed and well grouted with seating too.
MTC buses on routes 1 A , 1 , 1 C, 1 D 12 and 12 G halted at the stop originally..
A temporary bus stop was created diagonally opposite this point where commuters stand under the shade of trees, awaiting buses that emerge from the road alongside Nageswara Rao Park.
