Moremilaga.com who are in the business of delivery of home-cooked food for the last seven years has launched a retail food joint in Mandaveli.
Curry, kootu, sambar and rasam is available from 7 a.m. onwards
Says Viji Ganesh, its promoter , “This place is a kind of pickup point for home-made food to made available for the benefit of school and office-goers. Thats why we open at 7 a.m.”
The shop also offers coffee and tea, idlis and varieties of rice. Pulkas with sabzi, sundal and paniyaram are made in the evenings.
The standard packets will be priced at Rs 30. There will be an option for a customer to buy a smaller portion as well.
A few books ( English and Tamil ) have been left on shelves at the shop for dine-in customers to browse. About six people can sit and dine here.
