Nageswara Rao Park in Luz will turn into an artists’ oasis this Sunday.
75 artists from Chennai and outside will exhibit their paintings and sculpture at the 2024 edition of Art Fest Chennai.
Visitors can enjoy the works as they walk from one end of the park to the other. Art Fest is a public art festival ( non-profit).
Jeth Nagar-based artist Shiv Kumar ( seen in photo) plans to put up 25 paintings at the show. He says, “Most of them are water colours and some are digital art printed on a high quality textured board and framed.”
Two workshops, for children, will be held that Sunday, by artist Shreya Suraj, ( Details at www.mylaporetimes.com). Limited seats available now. For kids 51/2 plus years.
