For the Sri Durga Puja festival at the Universal Temple of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Mylapore, the Durga Puja and Lakshmi Puja events are from Oct.20 to 24 and on Oct.28, through the day.
This Friday morning, the first of the rituals and bhajans began, with a number of people present for this.

Devotees keen to take part in the kum-kum or puspha archanai on Maha Astami and Maha Navami evenings ( 4.15pm, Oct.22 and 23) are asked to be present at 4 pm.
