Vocalist Sikkil Gurucharan will perform at this month’s edition of Tarang. The concert is on October12, 2 pm onwards for an hour at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore.
Alongside him are Mylai Karthikeyan on nagaswaram and Arjun Ganesh on the mridangam.
The Tarang series of concerts is curated by V-Excel which is based in Mandaveli and skills special children.
At these concerts which are attended by the children and their wards ( the show is open to all), the children are encouraged to not only listen to the music but also sing along or react to it in their own way.
V-Excel’s Usha curates the Tarang series and the Bhavan supports it.
