The community at CSI Saint Luke’s Church in Mandaveli celebrated the saint on October 22 with a series of events that culminated last Sunday.
The celebrations were planned by church pastor Rev. G. Dhanasekaran and the pastorate committee led by its secretary Florence Devakirubai.
Following the Sunday morning service, a fancy dress and a skit competition was held and this engaged the children. Later, a hearty lunch was served.
Earlier, singing and drawing competitions were held for the children, youth and adults.
A free medical check-up camp was also held in the church campus.
